Bowtiful Balloon Gifts and Events: Terms & Conditions

* Minimum Spend: To maintain our signature styling standards for bespoke events, we require a minimum booking value of £150.00 (excluding travel and installation fees) for Bowtiful Bespoke Events and balloon gifts.

* Securing the Date: Your event is only confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (25% for Hire/Bespoke). We hold dates for 24 hours pending payment, after which the date is released.

* Final Balance: Your remaining balance and damage deposit are due 7 days before your event. Setup will not commence until the full balance is cleared.

* Delivery Discretion: Our delivery and collection services for Balloon Gifts and bespoke events are offered at the sole discretion of the Supplier. We reserve the right to decline bookings based on distance, scheduling, or difficult venue access.

* Travel Fees: When delivery is agreed upon, a fee of £1.00 per mile applies beyond a 5-mile radius of LS25. This fee covers the four total journeys required for setup and collection of your event styling.

* Mandatory Installation: Every "Bowtiful" display, which enhances our bespoke events, includes a professional installation fee starting from £20.00. This charge covers on-site assembly, safety weighting, and the precision-styling of our signature bows and florals.

* Styling Integrity: Once professionally styled for your event, equipment must not be moved. We accept no liability for the appearance or safety of items if they are relocated, untied, or exposed to weather after we depart.

* Liability: The Hirer is responsible for all Equipment from the moment of installation until collection, especially when it comes to ensuring the integrity of items used for Balloon Gifts or Bespoke Events.

* Replacement Costs: If any hire item is lost, stolen, or damaged during event styling, the Hirer will be invoiced for the full current market replacement cost, including any urgent shipping fees.

* Permanent Stains: Nail varnish, permanent marker, or irrevocable stains on any linen or fabric hire items related to the event are considered "damaged beyond repair," and a full replacement fee will apply.

* Prohibited Items: Strictly no smoking, vaping, or naked flames within 3 metres of our displays, including those featuring balloon gifts.

* Supervision: Displays are not toys. Children must be supervised at all times during bespoke events. We accept no liability for injuries caused by guests climbing on or tampering with equipment.

* Balloon Safety: Balloons are a choking hazard. The Hirer must ensure broken or uninflated balloons from our event styling are disposed of immediately. Inhaling helium is strictly prohibited and can be fatal; the Supplier accepts no liability for misuse of gases.

* Balloon Popping: Once the Supplier has completed the installation and left the site, we are no longer responsible for balloons popping, deflating, or oxidising. No refunds or replacements will be issued for damage caused by heat, sunlight, or guest interference after we have departed.

* Trip Hazards & Allergies: The Hirer must ensure guests are aware of equipment bases and cables. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to notify us of any latex or material allergies prior to booking.

* Weather: For outdoor setups, we reserve the right to refuse installation if wind speeds or rain pose a safety risk. The Hirer assumes 100% liability if they request setup against our safety advice.

* Cancellations: Deposits for bespoke events and balloon gifts are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the event require 100% of the balance to be paid.

* Venue Access: The Hirer must ensure the venue is ready for us at the agreed time. No refunds are given if we cannot set up for the event styling due to venue restrictions, lack of permits, or insufficient space.
